Andre is a graduated Mechanical Engineer (with honours) from the Rand Afrikaans University and has over twenty years experience in the projects environment, a significant number of those being in the brewing industry.

Andre, although still keeping his finger on the project pulse, has withdrawn from active project management and now focuses on client satisfaction and the smooth operation of the company.

Andre is customer orientated and well-recognized in the industry for "walking the extra mile" to achieve the outputs as agreed with the client.

John graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and is registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) with the Engineering Council of South Africa.

John has had more than twenty-three years of experience in multi-disciplinary engineering projects of various sizes.

John's core skills include developing the most efficient project execution strategy for projects with the Client and then managing all processes to ensure the success of projects. His experience in the development and implementation of engineering and project management systems equips him to identify the most suited solution in each instance.

John has been at the helm of High-Tech Processing (UK) Ltd since its inception in 1999 and, with the assistance of the HTP UK management team has steered the Company to a steady and sustainable growth. His ambitions have led to the Company expansion into the Middle-East with Appropriate Engineering Solutions having been recently established in Dubai.

Wayne is a qualified Chemical Engineer through Technikon Witwatersrand. Wayne has 17 years experience in multi-discipline projects mainly within the brewing and beverage industries. He is a design specialist in brewing and beverage plant unit systems. Wayne's strength is in overall design co-ordination and management of not only the process engineering functions but other engineering disciplines to provide an integrated brewery or beverage plant from raw materials through to product ready for packaging.

Wayne's experience with relocated and new equipment integrated with the latest automation technology has added tremendous value for all clients.

Piet has a National Higher Diploma for Technicians (T4) 1980 and a National Diploma (N6) 1986. He has over 22 years experience in conceptual and detail design on Mining, Food& Beverage, Engineering and Instrumentation Control systems from Process, Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID), hazop's, installation, commissioning, handover, preparing maintenance manuals and drawing up scope of woks for Electrical & Instrumentation contractors.

Piet is a member of the South African Institute for Measurement & Control (1985) and is registered at the Board of Control for Engineering Technicians with the Engineering Council of S.A. (1987).

Richard has a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, which provides the foundation of his project management ability.

This qualification together with more than 13 years experience in the management and control of large multidisciplinary projects in the beverage industry has led to him being an integral part of the High-Tech Processing management team. His skills are estimating accurate project budgets, managing these budgets, and controlling the flow of cash through projects. He is also well versed in project scheduling, forecasting and optimal resourcing as well as contract management.
