- Development of a dedicated CIP plant for seamless cleaning and maintenance.

- Integration of steam, compressed air, and automation systems for optimal operational performance.

- Establishment of offloading stations catering to Bulk Spirits and Bulk ingredients intake and storage.

- Implementation of advanced raw equipment handling solutions.

- Introduction of a Powder to liquid make-up system for enhanced product consistency.

- Construction of a cutting-edge blending line, equipped with 6 ingredients tanks for precise formulation.

- Creation of an EX area to ensure safe handling of alcohol.

- Installation of high gravity equipment for dilution and carbonation en route to the fillers.

The Blending plant now boasts a capacity of 950,000 hectolitres per annum, poised to elevate to an impressive 1,525,000 hectolitres per annum, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
