We are thrilled to announce the successful culmination of an ambitious journey alongside ABInBev Prospecton, as High-Tech Processing proudly wraps up its role as the Process, Utilities, and Electrical Consultants for their cutting-edge Blending plant project. A Vision Turned Reality From conceptualization to realization, our team spearheaded the design, implementation, installation, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art fully automated blending plant. This project marks a significant milestone in the realm of FABs and RTDs production, integrating innovative technologies and processes to ensure efficiency, precision, and excellence every step of the way. Key Highlights Our contributions to this groundbreaking project are numerous and impactful: Dedicated CIP Plant: We developed a dedicated CIP plant for seamless cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and product quality. Integrated Systems: Integration of steam, compressed air, and automation systems for optimal operational performance, maximizing efficiency and reducing downtime. Offloading Stations: Establishment of offloading stations catering to Bulk Spirits and Bulk ingredients intake and storage, streamlining the logistics process. Raw Equipment Handling: Implementation of advanced raw equipment handling solutions to enhance productivity and safety in the production process. Powder to Liquid System: Introduction of a Powder to liquid make-up system for enhanced product consistency, ensuring uniformity in every batch. Cutting-Edge Blending Line: Construction of a cutting-edge blending line, equipped with 6 ingredients tanks for precise formulation, enabling flexibility and customization. EX Area: Creation of an EX area to ensure safe handling of alcohol, prioritizing the well-being of our workforce and compliance with industry regulations. High Gravity Equipment: Installation of high gravity equipment for dilution and carbonation en route to the fillers, optimizing product quality and taste.

High-Tech Processing has recently completed a landmark project for Diageo Uganda Breweries Ltd., showcasing our expertise in designing, building, and commissioning advanced beverage processing plants. The project, a Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Blending Plant, is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality, turnkey solutions for our clients. Project Overview The RTD Blending Plant was designed to handle 96% ABV GNS (Grain Neutral Spirits), which necessitated the use of ATEX-rated equipment to ensure safety and compliance with stringent industry standards. The facility's design incorporated a range of sophisticated systems and components, including: Flavour Ingredients Incorporation: Low dosage rates of flavour ingredients are seamlessly integrated into the process. Solid Dissolving Dosage System: Ensures precise and consistent blending of solid ingredients. RO Plant: Guarantees the purity of water used in the blending process. Fully Automated CIP Plant: Maintains high hygiene standards with minimal manual intervention. Comprehensive Turnkey Services High-Tech Processing managed the project from inception to completion, providing a full suite of services: Process Design: Developed an efficient and scalable blending process. Technology Selection: Chose state-of-the-art equipment to meet project requirements. Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation Design: Ensured all systems were integrated seamlessly. Project Management: Coordinated all aspects of the project to stay on schedule and within budget. Procurement and Shipping: Sourced and delivered all necessary materials and equipment. Construction Management and Commissioning: Oversaw the construction and ensured the plant was operational as planned.
