High-Tech Processing was tasked by International Breweries in Onitsha, Nigeria, a subsidiary of AB InBev, with supplying, installing and commissioning a new V1400 GA Compressor which was to be connected to the +5/-5 circuit to assist with the debottlenecking. This included a supply of two new stainless-steel condensers with a stand-alone TDS system and safety showers. A new MCC with VSDs was supplied for the compressor and condenser fans to assist with the energy consumption and controls. In addition to the above, we were tasked with replacing the existing Siemens S7-315 CPU with a new S7-1516 CPU and two new HMIs, with all the required licenses. High-Tech Processing had to recommission the entire refrigeration plant, including all the existing compressors and safeties. This was successfully commissioned, and the plant was handed back to the client a day earlier than the scheduled time.
