Steam, Compressed Air, Refrigeration, Effluent, Water Treatment, and Nitrogen Generation systems were seamlessly integrated to support the facility's operations. Additionally, power reticulation and partial automation were incorporated to optimize energy usage and streamline processes. Relocation: Bridging the Past with the Future As part of the project scope, High-Tech Processing undertook the relocation of three existing packaging lines and various utilities from KWAL's old site to the new Tatu City location. This aspect highlights KWAL's commitment to optimizing CAPEX spend while embracing technological advancements for future growth. Capacity of the plant is currently 20 million hectolitres per year.
